These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Gentle Guard Atelier through our website, direct message, email, private fitting or any other official communication channel.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Product Information

We make every effort to present our garments as accurately as possible.
However, colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and individual device display.
Due to the handmade nature of our garments and the delicacy of lace and natural materials, slight variations in finish, texture, measurements or placement may occur.
Such variations do not affect the quality of the garment and are not considered defects.

Orders

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Gentle Guard Atelier reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, incorrect information, product unavailability or suspected misuse.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the client will be contacted and offered an alternative solution, revised timeline or refund.

Prices

All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be updated at any time.
However, confirmed orders are charged according to the price agreed at the time of purchase.
Customs duties, import taxes, bank fees or currency conversion fees are not included unless clearly stated.

Private Fittings

Private fittings may be available by appointment in Monaco and along the French Riviera.
Fittings are arranged individually and are subject to availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including images, texts, designs, brand name, visual identity and creative direction, belongs to Gentle Guard Atelier unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, used, modified or distributed without prior written permission
