Warranty & Responsibility

We carefully inspect every garment before dispatch.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear, improper use, improper care, washing mistakes, accidents, external factors or natural wear of delicate materials.
All Gentle Guard Atelier garments must be professionally dry cleaned only.
Hand washing, machine washing, soaking, bleaching, tumble drying or improper ironing may damage delicate lace, linen and handmade details and are not covered by the warranty.
Delicate lace, linen and handmade details require special care.
Any damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, storage, pulling, friction, perfume, cosmetics or jewelry is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Minor differences in texture, shade, lace placement or handmade finishing may occur and are part of the artisanal nature of the garment.
