In-stock garments are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days after full payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, courier service, customs procedures and circumstances beyond our control.
For pre-order items, production and delivery timelines are confirmed individually, depending on the selected design, fabric availability and order details.
Once the order has been dispatched, the client will receive the tracking details, when available.
Gentle Guard Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, local postal services, force majeure events or any circumstances outside our control.
Any customs duties, import taxes, local charges or additional fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
