Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, labels and accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To request a return, please contact us via email or direct message before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is safely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping service. Gentle Guard Atelier is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged return parcels. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup marks, stains, damage, washing, alterations or improper handling cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Pre-order, custom-made, personalized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or local fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
