PAYMENT

We accept secure online payments via:
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and bank transfer.
All payments must be completed in full before the order is processed.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Bank transfer orders may require additional processing time until the payment is fully received
and confirmed.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are made upon request.
Production and delivery timelines are confirmed individually before the order is placed.
Timelines may vary depending on the selected design, fabric availability, lace availability, atelier
schedule and order details.
Full payment is required before production begins.
As pre-order items are produced specifically for the client, any modification, cancellation or return
request is reviewed individually.
Custom-made, personalized, altered or specially adjusted items cannot be returned or exchanged,
unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the garments,
delicate lace work and natural characteristics of the materials. These variations are not
considered defects
